Leave the "what ifs" with Jesus and walk in his way
Look not behind, but at each step of the way
Look not thou forward, nor worry, nor fear;
Leave "what ifs" with The Planner, for He holds you dear.
Leave the "what ifs" with Jesus and walk in his might.
'Tis not for his child to walk in such fright,
Or live in regret, ever in the post;
Leave the "what ifs" with Jesus that his peace may last.
Leave the "what ifs" with Jesus--'tis vain to regret
Or hurry or worry or spend strength to fret.
Look not on thy way, but follow thou his;
Leave the "what ifs" with Jesus, he can handle this.
